I will organize your photos based on a plan put together with you. We can work together on your photo collection at your home or we can handle the organization for you in my studio.
Organizing your photos in my studio – $65 an hour
You drop off your photo and media collection. I’ll provide you a quote. I then organize and archive your photos.
Scanning
Digitizing the images
To share or preserve photos, they need to be put in a digital format. Scanning is the process for doing that. I have a large-format (flatbed) and high-speed scanner to get the job done quickly.
Photo Scanning – .39 per photo for 600 dpi scans, organized digitally within file folders, and color correction. .89 cents per photo or other media such as newspapers clippings on the flatbed scanner. (Additional charges may apply depending on method of returning the digital photos to you.)
We also offer packages that are more cost-effective for large scanning projects.
Video Transfers
Home movies on VHS or other tape formats
I’ll organize your collection and advise on best outcome (playable DVD or digital file) to fit your needs. Then we convert them to digital format, and label each item.
Once digitized, I can edit your video files to remove blank space or clips you don’t want to keep. (Formats: VHS, VHS-C, Hi-8, Mini-DV, 8 mm video and film)
Video Conversion is $15 per tape
Video Editing is $50 per hour
